Who You Are

We’re looking for a Sr./Lead Growth & Retention Marketing Manager to own and scale marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for our real estate agent and loan officer products. In this high-impact, full-stack marketing role, you will lead end-to-end marketing efforts, leveraging data, experimentation, and multi-channel strategies to increase adoption and revenue.

You are a strategic, results-driven marketer with a proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You have a growth mindset, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are skilled at blending demand generation, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, content strategy, and sales enablement tactics to create full-funnel marketing programs.

This role will work closely with our VP of Marketing, President, COO, and CEO to shape and execute HomeLight’s growth strategy for key products.

What You’ll do Here

  • Own the end-to-end growth and retention marketing strategy for our enterprise lender partners and loan officers, optimizing for registrations, demos, engagement, and long-term retention.
  • Scale acquisition and retention efforts through multi-channel campaigns, including ABM, webinars, email, SMS, loyalty programs, content marketing, in-person events, and more.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, using insights to optimize marketing strategies and continuously improve impact. 
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for new and existing products, ensuring strong positioning, impactful launch plans, and sustained adoption.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to identify high-impact opportunities, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
  • Create compelling messaging and sales enablement materials to effectively communicate HomeLight’s value proposition to real estate professionals.
  • Develop and manage marketing assets such as landing pages, product collateral, email nurture sequences, customer education materials, and social media content.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Lifecycle, and Design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive cross-functional execution.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and/or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2B2C fintech, proptech, or startup environment.
  • Proven ability to develop, execute, and measure full-funnel marketing strategies that drive both customer acquisition and retention.
  • Expertise in demand generation growth marketing, lifecycle automation, content marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Iterable, Google Analytics, HotJar, AirTable, Canva, and Figma.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex products into clear, engaging marketing materials.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • Passion for real estate, technology, and growth marketing, with a desire to innovate and experiment to drive impact.

The following compensation information is provided to comply with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California.
Base Pay Range: $165,000.00 - $205,000.00, base pay will vary depending on several factors, such as the position, location, qualifications of the individual, market conditions, and other operational business requirements.
