You’re an analytical leader and critical thinker who is passionate about driving brand growth and finding ways to improve business processes. You have proven success using data to manage and grow large scale media campaigns. You’re self-motivated, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and an experienced marketer who is keen on executing business objectives, strategy and planning for a successful media campaign.
What You’ll Do Here Reporting to the Director of Offline Marketing, this leadership position will play an important role in managing the TV budget and campaign. You will manage a team of analysts, create media plans based on historical performance, define & execute the bidding strategy, and manage relationships with media partners.
Manage overall execution of media plans and evaluate campaign performance
Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to build and improve in-house media tools
Coach, mentor, and manage a team of TV analysts
Help define creative strategy & messaging
Build long-term relationships with TV and media networks, test new offline marketing formats that will drive growth in lead volume
DRTV media buying and or campaign management
You Have
BS/BA in marketing, business, or quantitative field
3-5 years of experience in a quantitative and analytical role
1-3 years of direct management experience
1-3 years of marketing analyst experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and action quickly off of performance metrics
Proven communication skills and comfortable delivering reports to senior management
