Who You Are

You have a background in marketing operations or lifecycle marketing, having built and managed marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email a must, push or SMS a plus). You’re experienced in managing multiple projects at once and pride yourself in your attention to detail and organization skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing requests and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Intake requests from multiple stakeholders across the company for lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Gather requirements, prioritize, and manage project timelines while keeping stakeholders updated on your progress
  • Build and manage marketing campaigns across all lifecycle marketing channels
  • Test and QA all campaigns, ensuring flawless execution
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues with the marketing tech stack, both internally and externally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Lifecycle Strategy, Product, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales Ops, PR and Communications (and many other teams) to drive projects forward
  • Enforce lifecycle marketing best practices across the org

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in lifecycle marketing or email marketing
  • Experience building email campaigns a must, push or SMS a plus
  • Experience working with multiple ESPs and/or engagement marketing tools (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Expertise in email best practices, especially templating HTML
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and timelines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
