Who You Are

HomeLight is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our fast growing team in either our San Francisco or Phoenix office! You will support the growth of HomeLight’s strategic partnership initiative by developing and managing relationships with our real estate agent community. You are energetic, organized, outgoing and a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are a team player with a “get-it-done” attitude who has experience in account management, business development and has an interest in the real estate industry.

What You’ll Do Here

  • Conduct outreach to agents to set up meetings for the business development team
  • Work with agents to review and update agent profiles to maintain data integrity
  • Support agents with monthly meetings to help them succeed in HomeLight’s Marketplace
  • Support the business development team on meetings and maintain an updated calendar
  • Track your activity and success in our CRM and Google sheets
  • Field inquiries from agents and provide appropriate solutions
  • Build rapport with agents through continued communication and drive Marketplace deal attachments
  • Represent HomeLight with the best client experience, organize relationships and help maintain a network
  • Occasional travel to client sites or conferences within the US

You Have

  • 3+ years of relationship-based customer service and/or sales experience
  • Self-starter mentality and extremely organized  
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify key market trends
  • Must be a capable multi-tasker, with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Salesforce/CRM experience a plus
  • A passion for building and maintaining relationships
  • Experience within real estate or related industry a plus
  • A Four-Year College Degree
