As a Homie, you are a bar raiser, this means you come with:
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in building integrations and/or developer first products
- Ability to build business cases for going after a new market or channel to drive customer growth
- Familiarity with small business tools and HR technologies is a plus.
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with 3rd party partners
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and work across various teams and departments.
- Experience working in agile product development environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate in office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
As a Homie, you will make an impact by:
As the Senior Product Manager, Distribution, you will collaborate with the channel partnership team to define a scalable partner distribution strategy and build products and solutions that allow Homebase to work seamlessly with the small business tools ecosystem. You will also have the opportunity to work with each partner to help define the next generation of hardware & software to help solve unique challenges for small businesses. In this role you will spearhead a new and impactful growth strategy for Homebase.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the partner distribution strategy, product vision, and long-term roadmap for how Homebase integrates into the small business tools ecosystem.
- Partnership-Focused Development: Work closely with the channel partnership team to understand partner needs, integration requirements, and how Homebase can add value to their small business customers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and partnership managers to develop, launch, and scale partner integration solutions.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage partner and integration analytics to measure success, optimize distribution channels, and drive improvements in partner adoption and engagement.
- Market Analysis: Monitor small business software ecosystem trends, evaluate potential strategic partnerships, and identify opportunities for innovative distribution solutions.
- Partner Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to understand their roadmaps, align on joint solutions, and drive mutual business growth.
- Technical Documentation: Ensure comprehensive integration documentation, partner playbooks, and technical specifications to enable successful partner onboarding and implementation.
- Growth Strategy: Identify and execute on new distribution channels and partnership models to accelerate Homebase's market penetration and small business reach.
- Stakeholder Management: Align internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners around the distribution strategy and product roadmap to ensure successful execution.
What We Offer
- California Only: Annual salary $155,000 - $195,000
