We're looking for an Senior Contracts Manager to join our team and help us scale.

About This Role

As the Sr. Contracts Manager, you will be an independent contributor and who assists the Company in all areas of drafting, negotiating, and project managing a variety of commercial agreements. The Sr. Contracts Manager will work with and establish strong professional relationships with cross-functional teams and be the point of contact for all things commercial agreements related. 

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000.

Responsibilities

  • Drafts and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to customer MSAs, marketing, product, vendor, partnership, HR, and facility agreements.
  • Supports the Go-To-Market function. Participation in customer deal reviews by understanding customer and account rep needs, identifying and documenting commercial risks and contributing to negotiations from both contracting and commercial perspectives.
  • Supports the procurement function. Ensures transaction terms comply with company policies and risk tolerance. Conducts due diligence on vendors or other third parties, as necessary, in support of transactions.
  • Contractual reviews requested by HR Function as needed for compensation and bonus plans.
  • Serves as point of contact for and cooperates with internal departments to address contract questions and issues.
  • Be the point of contact and filter for all internal requests prior to legal review
  • Audit of existing large customer MSAs

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above required
  • 5-10 years of commercial transactional experience required
  • Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including procurement-related agreements with a high-level of attention to detail
  • Project management skills, including managing transactions and leading the internal efforts among cross-functional teams to begin and successfully conclude vendor negotiations for the procurement of goods and services in a timely manner
  • Aptitude to quickly absorb new information with highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership, team-working, and team-building skills
  • Strong business acumen with a sophisticated understanding of the balance between risk and reward

Preferred but not required:

  • Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM)
  • Certified Professional Contract Manager (CCPM)
  • Experience with PandaDoc
  • Experience with SalesForce/SalesForce quote builder
  • Experience with SaaS, Usage Based, and or IoT contracts
  • Experience with start-ups or growth-stage companies
