THE ROLE: 

HiveWatch is in search of a Revenue Operations Lead. This role will report directly to our VP of Sales.  We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Lead to play a substantial role in finding opportunities and solutions to optimize the performance of a rapidly scaling global sales organization. The primary focus of the role will be on supporting the refinement of global standards and go-to-market strategies, managing and executing the global processes for planning, forecasting, sales process, and program implementation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Create innovative solutions to optimize processes that support our sales and cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, etc.
  • Work with Sales leadership to design and implement global sales strategy, processes, and policies
  • Manage Sales reporting, telling the story of our business through data and ultimately driving data-informed business decisions
  • Execute the annual sales planning cycle, partnering with finance on quotas and compensation, territory design, capacity planning, aligning with supporting teams to establish a formal business plan, and coordinate execution
  • Own CRM and tools management including administration, process changes, and troubleshooting of the tech stack, ensuring teams have the needed capabilities and can access accurate data to manage their team or personal objectives
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and/or partner with the Analytics team to ensure the pipeline & forecast are accurately reported
  • Ensure data accuracy, data hygiene, and data enrichment for the marketing lifecycle from lead scoring and lead routing to booking
  • Manage key RevOps projects throughout the entire project lifecycle from project setup, ongoing maintenance, and project closeout
  • Work directly with and present data, metrics, and findings to the Company’s Leadership Team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE HIVE:

  • 3-5+ years of revenue operations experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B software
  • Deep experience leveraging a variety of business systems to solve complex problems that drive business outcomes
  • Have exceptional communication skills and able to discuss complex processes and their impact at all levels of the organization
  • Deep experience in HubSpot and Salesforce CRMs
  • Have experience evaluating, implementing, and customizing sales and customer success software, especially Salesforce administration
  • Leverage data to make informed decisions across the organization
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, manage up, and build consensus across a variety of teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute proactively instead of reactively and independently lead projects from conception to completion
  • Ability to understand marketing operations concepts including workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and the marketing and sales funnels
  • A high degree of empathy, and be able to effectively understand the perspectives of multiple stakeholders
  • Work well in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Are comfortable with both high-level strategic decisions and getting into the details
  • Strong attention to detail and numbers

ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • Base salary range for this position: $135,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Eligible to participate in HiveWatch Equity Incentive Plan
