  • Event Execution - Plan and execute events, including webinars, conferences, and partner-specific gatherings, to drive engagement, foster collaboration, and promote the value proposition of Hive Learning within the partner ecosystem.
  • Conflict Resolution - Act as a mediator in resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise between Hive Learning and its channel partners, ensuring a positive and constructive partnership environment.
  • Market Intelligence - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities, providing strategic insights to enhance the effectiveness of the Channel Partner Strategy and identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of channel partner activities into overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement - Proactively seek feedback from channel partners, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of channel partner programs.
  • Innovation and New Channel Exploration - Explore innovative approaches and new channels within the market, presenting findings to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making and drive further growth opportunities.
