Establishes a clear brand program across internal teams to ensure hims & hers brand is being represented to the fullest extent while meeting individual team business goals
Leads special projects as a part of our growth initiatives serving as the brand strategy expert
Consistently remains hyper attuned to cultural changes, with an understanding of how it will impact our business, brand health, and customer perception
Translates consumer insights and market trends into the strategy behind our campaigns in order to move the needle on brand awareness and product differentiation
Experience & Skills:
10+ years of experience in marketing strategy for high growth brands, either at agency or in house
Former brand-building experience, establishing brand guardrails, strategic frameworks and brand-level narratives
Clear POV - knows the difference between a good creative idea and a good creative idea that is on strategy
Natural storyteller with high empathy for diverse groups of consumers
Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights
Phenomenal at driving the big picture and overarching mission, but also happy to get into the weeds and to get things done
Experience working with cross functional teams
