The Influencer Marketing Strategist will play an integral part in growing and nurturing Apostrophe’s online community. You’ll work directly with the Senior Partnerships Manager to identify and collaborate with new influencers, while helping track and measure success. You’ll also work closely with our marketing team to create engaging social content and help execute brand campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing:
Approximately 80% of this role will be related to Influencer strategy and management, including:
Identifying, outreaching, and recruiting new influencers for various Apostrophe campaigns
Assisting with influencer communications and briefings, including drafting outreaches, contracts, and creative guidelines and materials
Tracking influencer social content deliverables and performance
Updating marketing calendars and track monthly budgets
Building and maintaining relationships with current and new influencer partners
Approximately 20% of this role will be related to Social Media strategy and management, including:
Owning community management across Facebook and Instagram
Filming and creating video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Keeping a pulse on emerging social media trends and new formats
Contributing to team brainstorms and campaign ideation
We're Looking for Someone with:
2-3 years of relevant in-house or agency influencer marketing and social media experience
Strong understanding of sourcing and vetting influencers, creators, and talent to align with broader marketing goals
Knowledge of social media platforms and creating video content for Instagram and TikTok
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets
Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Interest and passion for skincare and the telemedicine industry
