We’re looking for a detail-oriented Growth Content Manager to build our extensive library of health, wellness and medical content. You’ll be responsible for managing the editorial workflow across multiple platforms and driving organic growth. This position is highly cross-functional and you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including SEO, content, marketing, product, design and analytics. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to create and optimize content across our domains to reach our customers to help them improve their health and feel their best.
Edit and publish expert-level content across our platforms
Conduct topic and keyword research to identify engaging content opportunities
Manage the medical and legal content review process to ensure medical accuracy and appropriateness for our consumer audiences
Incorporate and maintain the hims & hers tone and voice across all content
Manage the content library within our CMS and make updates via a WYSIWYG editor as well as some light HTML
Maintain a high-output editorial workflow
Create, test and optimize content marketing strategies to scale growth
Report on content performance and opportunities
Experience & Skills:
2+ years of editorial experience (medical and health industry a plus)
Excellent research and writing skills
Understand search engine optimization best practices to optimize content for reach and engagement
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workflow and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals to create high-quality health content that is user-focused
Comfortable working closely with a team and collaborating cross-functionally
Strong communicator with the ability to give and receive feedback
Ability to use data to identify opportunities and optimize content for new growth
