We are seeking a Head of Wholesale to oversee our current wholesale business and partnerships. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering sales plans and identifying new and innovative ways to grow our wholesale channels. The right candidate will thrive in a fast paced work environment and will embrace solving complex challenges.
- Establish and execute a comprehensive wholesale roadmap that aligns with the overall company growth strategy
- Oversee wholesale P&L - sales, margin and expenses for the business
- Identify and develop strong client relationships with wholesale partners and prospects
- Work cross functionally with merchandising and planning teams to develop optimal merchandising plans for each account
- Develop and lead international wholesale strategy
- Identify new business opportunities, pitch and manage negotiations for new wholesale partners, and evaluate relationships with existing partners
- Provide feedback on account performance, conduct sales analysis, and account forecasting
Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years experience in a sales driven role with proven track record of new account acquisition and sales growth
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills
