At Hims & Hers, we love launching breakthrough marketing communications campaigns that garner the attention of our target audiences and lead to outstanding business results. As we grow and refine our product offering and consumer experience, we are looking for self starters who have a track record of running world-class cross-functional integrated campaigns.
You will work with multiple teams across various functions: Merchandising, Marketing channel owners (including: Acquisition, Content, Email), Operations, Telehealth, Doctor training, Finance, Engineering) to ensure that integrated marketing campaigns are planned and executed flawlessly. Success in this role is to own the end-to-end campaign development and execution, drive clarity & leadership in ambiguous situations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Drive world-class marketing campaigns for complex, cross-functional programs
Apply strategic thinking to our briefing and creative process
Be a key player to help drive clarity and consistency for all campaigns with cross functional partners
Manage work through the creative process to help build breakthrough creative that generates business outcomes
Excel at project management to ensure projects move forward on time and with minimal friction from all stages from pre to post launch
Ability to jump in on new products that may not be 100% defined
Strategic thinker with experience in creating and deploying best-in-class marketing campaigns against diverse audience segments
Must be exceptionally detailed and able to track projects from briefing to launch
Strong track record of partnering with internal and external creative teams to develop creative work
Ability to collaborate with large cross-functional project teams
Capacity to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing goals & objectives and be effective in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
5+ years relevant work experience in marketing or creative campaign management with proven ability to manage large-scale marketing campaigns
Outstanding communication and ability to problem solve with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
Background working with traditional and digital media
Retail, and in-house agency experiences a plus
