Responsibilities:

The Director of Marketing, Web Development and Optimization role is highly-visible and entails a high degree of responsibility and accountability. It requires a strong balance of team development and coaching as well as strategic and operational responsibilities.

  • Improve paid and organic acquisition CVR through landing page, email and SMS development and AB testing.
  • Manage a team of developers and optimization specialist (in house and contractors) to drive medium to large-sized tasks and projects
  • Establish team KPIs and ensure team is executing to effectively meet targets and support stakeholder goals and objectives
  • Make constant improvements to our content management systems: Wordpress and Braze.
  • Work with Analytics partners to clearly understand site performance, analyze trends, business results, and use this data to develop new actions to improve results.
  • Develop processes and procedures to ensure projects are prioritized by impact and delivered on time.
  • Any duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in web development and optimization, with a focus on customer acquisition
  • 4-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue and engagement via paid marketing
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, affinity for numbers and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately
  • Exceptional customer insights and proven success utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team-based planning process
