Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategy, vision, and execution of influencer marketing to reach overall brand and business strategy
  • Build out and implement a strategy for talent partnerships online and offline
  • Identify new influencers and build innovative programs to expand book of partners while deepening existing relationships
  • Manage agency and partner relationships and partner with cross functional teams on marketing campaigns, go-to market launches, affiliate, gifting programs, events and more
  • Measure, track, and optimize performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs
  • Be an expert, staying up to date on influencer trends and tools, and providing recommendations on influencer execution for larger marketing programs
  • Any duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on influencer marketing
  • 4-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue and engagement via paid marketing
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, affinity for numbers and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately
  • Exceptional customer insights and proven success utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team-based planning process
