At Hims & hers, we love launching breakthrough marketing communications campaigns that garner the attention of our target audiences and lead to outstanding business results. As we grow and refine our product offering and consumer experience, we are looking for marketing leaders who have a track record of running world-class cross-functional launches. You will work with multiple teams across the business: Product Development, Marketing channel owners, Operations, Telehealth, Doctor training, Finance, Engineering, etc. to ensure that launches are planned and executed flawlessly. Success in this role is to own the end-to-end launch planning, drive clarity in ambiguous situations, and shine in a fast-paced environment.
Drive world-class marketing campaigns for complex, cross-functional programs
Establish and optimize go-to-market protocols for broad and diverse campaigns across internal and external groups
Create an integrated marketing road map for campaign launches
Partner with multiple teams such as Product Development, Marketing channel owners, Operations, Telehealth, Doctor training, Finance, Engineering, etc. to drive clarity and consistency for all campaigns
Communicate the value proposition of new campaigns to all go-to-market teams and ensure that effective campaigns are created, executed and measured
Manage work through the creative process to build breakthrough creative that generates business outcomes
Establish, track, report, and optimize key campaign metrics
Experience defining strategy, and creating and deploying best-in-class marketing campaigns against diverse audience segments
Exceptional communicator, influencer, and cross-functional leader
Must be exceptionally detailed and able to work with large project based teams
Strong track record of partnering with internal and external creative teams to develop breakthrough creative work
Ability to synthesize campaign performance into digestible and action-oriented status updates for cross functional marketing, development and executive leadership teams
Must be collaborative, and able to work with a variety of internal and external teams in service of a common goal
Ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing goals & objectives and be effective in new situations in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
