We are seeking a world-class Executive Creative Director that will inspire, define and bring to life strategic and compelling campaigns and designs across all touchpoints. This person will be responsible for building an in-house creative team from scratch. You will collaborate cross functionally with Executive team members and be seen as the seasoned & visionary leader guiding our team and projects to successful outcomes.
Build out & lead full-service internal creative team that is supportive, inclusive and enables creative talent at all levels to produce their best work.
Pro-actively partner with Marketing, Product, Packaging, Telemedicine teams on intake and delivery of all creative work.
Oversee creative operations responsibilities, including development, implementation and oversight of creative department workflow strategy and project assignments in collaboration with the Creative Director and Creative Leads.
Attend project kick-offs and review creative briefs providing thoughtful and diligent feedback
Establish processes and infrastructure that will lend itself to the overall efficiency of the creative development process.
Resolve complex design issues with innovation and practical solutions.
15+ years of experience working in a creative field, with a focus on marketing, advertising, branding, or communications
6+ years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary creative department in an agency or client-side environment
A stunning portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to develop and execute multi-channel creative ideas that drive sales
Expertise in managing, mentoring, developing, and recruiting top creative talent
Exceptional presentation, communication, and story-telling skills, a charismatic presence, and an ability to sell concepts and ideas at an executive level
A positive energy and a communication style that inspires others
A strong business sense, with an understanding of how to leverage creative to drive business
An entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to implement new and better ways of thinking and working
