We are looking for an exceptional recruiter to grow our doctor network. You will join our telemedicine team and focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring new physicians to enable a world class patient experience. We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and motivated individual who is passionate about healthcare and loves solving problems. This role will report to the Director of Operations, Telemedicine.
Develop a creative recruitment program that attracts, screens, and selects highly qualified and diverse medical professionals
Take ownership of the end-to-end candidate experience from pipeline to onboarding and build strong relationships with providers
Maintain highly organized and accurate documentation on all candidates and interviews
Present recommendations to the medical leadership team for review and coordinate all communication with managers and candidates through all stages of the recruitment process
Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate and execute telemedicine projects
2+ years of work experience in recruitment or people operations
Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal: you confidently and clearly know what, when, and how to get a message across
Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently: you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities
Willingness to grow, learn, and work as a member of a cross-functional team
