OUR TEAM

Our Consumer Packaged Goods sector is a strong team with the passion and expertise to discover, taste and turn what we learn and think into an informed advantage for our clients.

We’re looking for an established Influencer Account Manager, experienced in influencer marketing, ideally gained within an influencer agency environment, to join the Consumer Packaged Goods team and work across some of our largest consumer clients in the agency.  The successful candidate will work alongside a team of Content + Publishing and Influencer & PR specialists to deliver best in class influencer programmes and integrated comms campaigns for our clients. 

You will be a great storyteller with an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience across digital and traditional channels, as well a keen interest in the world of content creators and how influencers can play an authentic role for brands.  You will also collaborate, inspire and upskill teams to achieve stand out work, with the ability to intuitively understand what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.

You will have strong technical knowledge of web analytics tools, social media marketing applications and leading influencer monitoring platforms.  You will know how to root strategies in data & analytics to drive measurable results and will have experience executing campaigns across platforms and the marketing mix.  You will have a deep understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms, influencer marketing, best practices and how audiences engage online, and must be able to explain technical issues and platform nuances with clarity to wider team members.

You will support client teams through strategic planning, ideation, and delivery of content across owned, earned, shared and paid channels to drive client business, support lead generation and build brands and reputations.  This role would suit a process and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in project managing global campaigns and an eye for detail, ideally gained within an agency environment.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee the execution of insight-driven influencer strategies for current and new clients, championing creative work that will work across all channels.
  • Be the main day to day point of content for clients, providing general counsel and support, ensuring they are kept up to date on campaign activity and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all content is of the highest quality in relation to the brief, acting as quality control before being shared for internal approval and external sign off.
  • Demonstrate a strategic and performance focused understanding of social media (paid social a bonus), audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Managing multiple campaigns with tactical execution of the service, meeting client expectations and delivering exceptional results.
  • Understand the client’s competitive landscape and make informed recommendations to account leads regarding emerging and new technologies.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports as required.
  • Identify, build relationships, and collaborate with key content creators and influencers to achieve overall client objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate and consult closely with the H+K Studio and its production team regarding content creation, output, client projects, new business, etc.
  • Help champion the importance of client satisfaction and service within the team, leading by example and encouraging positive client relationship building behaviour.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • A strong analytical understanding (including comprehensive usage of web and social analytics) and the ability to intuitively understand what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
  • Solid working knowledge of digital channels/ social media and influencer platforms and how they can be used to generate, host and engage audiences with creative content,
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation and influencer marketing trends.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimise strategies and achieve KPI’s.
  • Ability to generate digital ideas that deliver cut through within target media and or within the social media space.
  • Extensive content and influencer strategy development experience, ideally gained within and agency environment.
  • Ability to explain technical issues with clarity in a non-technical way
  • Interest in, and understanding of, business issues, news and politics, the media and the world around you in general.
  • Ambition, drive, and commitment to great results
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
