Job Descriptions

  • Manage, collect, integrate and analyse online reporting data from multiple sources including web analytics, ad-servers, and other sources to draw conclusion and formulate suitable social strategy for clients
  • Lead the development process of social media strategies from concept to screen and execute them to perfect
  • Advise on digital marketing strategy including display advertising, SEM, SEO, mobile, social media, data, content, and emerging touchpoints and technology to achieve KPIs and targeted results
  • Responsible for creating and presenting media specific documents such as social ad planning, objectives; and strategies decks, media reports, and other related functions
  • Lead and contribute to new business development to grow business in the social and content domain
  • Act as the subject matter expert for digital, social and creative both internally and externally
  • Day-to-day communication with clients on social media content strategies, planning and optimisation
  • Manage vendors to stay on top of all advances and offerings in digital media
  • Collaborate with Greater China and global offices for clients’ social media strategies and implementation

Job Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, advertising or related fields
  • 5-8 years solid working experience of implementing digital marketing/ social media campaigns for both B2B and B2C sectors including SEM, SEO and social marketing
  • Experience with an agency and a proven track record in advising and serving leading global brands on content strategies will be seen as great advantages
  • Excellent knowledge of digital communications channels and their potential applications including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms (e.g. WeChat and TikTok) with good understanding of social media KPIs
  • A self-motivator and able to work independently with excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A great team player who’s comfortable and effective in cross-team and cross-office collaboration to support on multi-market clients’ cultivation
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin; written and spoken.
