About The Role

We're looking for a Field Marketer who can build out our community, partner, and industry events function at Hightouch. In this role, you are responsible for things like our presence at trade shows, regional community meet-ups, online and offline learning seminars, and (some day) Hightouch’s own customer conference. You will be a key partner to our Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Data Advocate teams. This role will require a high attention to detail, a high desire to make an impact, and an interest in technical topics from across the Modern Data Stack.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Plan and execute (end-to-end) regional field marketing programs focused on targeted engagement within customer and prospect accounts to create new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities
  • Plan online and offline learning seminars and meetups
  • Partner with Hightouch customers, executives, and data advocates on speaking opportunities
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute sponsorships at industry or partner events
  • Own the entire lead process for your events, constantly looking for ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel
  • Regularly report on campaign success and business contribution
  • Develop co-hosted programs (in person and virtual) with partners and influencers
  • Coordinate regional activations to help our Sales team build pipeline
  • Build landing pages, e-mails, and nurture communications for your events
  • Align internal resources and arm them with information and materials needed to successfully represent Hightouch
  • Work with designers and contractors on memorable experiences
  • Work with partners to integrate Hightouch into their marketing activities

About You

  • Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience but we care less about "years of experience" and more about the impact and results of your work.
  • You have an incredibly high bar for the experience we deliver at every event, meetup, or webinar
  • You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves on landing pages, e-mails, or analytics
  • You love logistics, budgets, and planning - you’re the friend with the giant spreadsheet for a weekend picnic or camping trip
  • You’re comfortable managing contractors
  • You have experience managing large budgets and know how to deliver an amazing experience without breaking the bank
  • Ideally you’ve helped build or grow a community around a B2B company in the past and are eager to do it again
  • You’re highly collaborative, preferring to work in teams than on your own
  • You love to learn and want to extend your knowledge into the data stack
  • You’ve worked extensively with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams
