As the Strategy and Operations Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine. Your analytical prowess and business acumen will drive data-driven decisions, streamline processes, and elevate our revenue operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the business forward.
Responsibilities
Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing models.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
Forecasting: Consolidate forecasts and provide objective analysis.
Strategic Planning: Support annual Operating Plans and Long Range Plans.
M&A and Partnership Evaluation: Analysis potential growth opportunity via partnerships and potential acquisitions
Risk Mitigation: Identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Preferred Skills
1. Analytical Skills:
Data Interpretation: Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets, identifying patterns, and drawing actionable insights.
Predictive Analytics: Ability to use data to predict trends and outcomes.
Customer Behavior Analysis: Understanding customer behavior through data analysis.
2. Technical Proficiency:
Excel: highly proficient and experienced in advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel
Data Tools: Familiarity with data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI a plus.
CRM Systems: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems a plus.
3. Collaboration:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with multiple stakeholders to align data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years in tech, consulting or investment banking.
Analytical Skills: Excellent in Excel, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
