During a period of significant growth for our organization, which includes scaling our suite of in-person and digital educational services with over 100% annual revenue growth, we offer an exciting opportunity for career progression and skill development in a rapidly expanding company.

  • Plan and assist in executing monthly region-wide events to increase awareness and engagement within target school communities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Undertake local outreach and grassroots marketing campaigns to enhance school visibility, brand presence, and attract prospective families.
  • Act as a vital connector between your region’s schools and the broader marketing and admissions team, providing guidance on marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Regularly report on enrollment performance and metrics, offering insightful analysis and strategic recommendations for future growth.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on growth achievements.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and adeptly managing complex projects with changing timelines.
  • Knowledge of the early childhood education sector, with a Montessori background seen as a bonus.
  • High degree of independence, efficiency, and confidence, along with a readiness to adapt and learn from mistakes.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a flexible, innovative approach.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Meta Business Manager, and social media platforms is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or similar role.

We Offer:

  • 100% tuition discount for two children at any of our network schools.
  • A collaborative, supportive team culture focused on growth and leadership in the education industry.
  • The convenience of a flexible hybrid schedule.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Opportunities for regular travel and personal involvement in the schools you manage.
  • Competitive salary: 55-75k (plus bonus)
  • Pathway for career advancement and professional development.
