About the Role
We are an education start up looking for a qualified intern to join our Talent Team this summer. We are seeking an intern that can participate in and add value to a range of recruiting, hiring, onboarding and hr tasks.
We are looking for candidates majoring in Human Resources Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or Montessori Education.
You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship with experience in the full cycle recruiting, offer, benefits and strategic management. We provide a paid internship program that will provide you with in-office, hands-on training and a flexible schedule.
Assist Hiring Managers and the HR Manager to support the hiring season
Maintaining and using recruiting and HR databases: Greenhouse and BambooHR
Resume screening and interview coordination
Onboarding support, including reference checks and other compliance requirements
Prepare and facilitate the summer training
Attend ongoing meetings to in support of the summer hiring placement, HR initiatives, new school opening planning
Run weekly reports and provide ongoing feedback to the team
We will prefer you over other candidates if you have
Previous Early Childhood Education or Recruitment experience
3.0 or higher GPA
An interest in recruitment, hiring, or HR
An interest in Early Childhood or Montessori Education
