We are on the lookout for a Marketing Events Specialist to join our marketing team on a contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who excels in managing diverse operations and can juggle various projects with ease. About the Job:

  • Vendor and Contract Management: Handle negotiations and maintain productive relationships with vendors, ensuring contracts support our marketing objectives.
  • Event Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of event management, including working with partners, handling registrations, managing equipment billing, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Internal Marketing Team Support: Manage and support internal marketing projects, maintaining timelines and deliverables using tools like Asana.
  • Marketing Reporting: Assist with marketing reporting by using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker to draw insights and support decision-making.

About You:

  • You have 3-7 years of experience in field marketing or event management or a related field.
  • You are willing to travel minimally as required by the job.
  • While a tech background is necessary, specific industry experience is not required.
  • You can commit to 10-20 hours a week.
  • A passion for homebuilding and design would make you stand out.
  • Solid aptitude with project management tools like Asana, Notion, etc.

Higharc’s marketing team is adding an Events Coordinator to help manage conference logistics and field events. This multifaceted position will involve coordinating logistics, managing registrations, overseeing meetings, and working closely with vendors to deliver an outstanding experience for our attendees. We seek a detail-oriented candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Manage registration for conferences to include company sponsorships, booths, and attendees.
  • Schedule and facilitate all conference-related meetings, including planning, logistics, and debriefing.
  • Coordinate conference collateral with appropriate marketing contacts.
  • Manage all logistics of booth materials including company swag, collateral, etc.
  • Track costs of each conference to determine ROI and conduct surveys for marketing staff to evaluate conferences to determine which ones would bring the most benefits.
  • Track and report event metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of events
  • Follow up with conference attendees to catalog materials/information.
  • Manage various event logistics i.e., coordinate with vendors, print signage, booth selection, and creative, booth activations, manage caterers, track RSVPs, and finalize headcount.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Event/Field Marketing experience, including planning and logistics coordination for in-person activities.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work on multiple events at the same time
