We are looking for a results-driven Program Manager with a passion for technology and the built world, along with a proven track record of successfully leading engineering programs and projects. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, the Program Manager will play a crucial role in driving the execution of key engineering initiatives and ensuring alignment with company goals. About the Job

  • Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to define and prioritize engineering projects and initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, Design, and QA, to facilitate communication and coordination.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Establish and maintain project management best practices, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Engineering team.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders, including the VP of Engineering and executive leadership.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a technology company, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical and organizational challenges.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
