JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

An Ad Operations Manager works to oversee growth and retention through acquisition ads, SEO, and PPC. In addition, the manager will understand and be a strong advocate for the brand providing analysis and optimization of all assigned digital paid advertising efforts. The Ad Operations Manager must be well spoken/written, friendly, and eager to dive into a fast paced environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Devises strategies for digital media spend and oversees all planning and buying activities
    • Supervises and monitors digital media schedules and contracts with outside media vendors
    • Creates and presents media plans, objectives, strategies, and POV’s
    • Provides creative analysis and recommendations when appropriate to improve media performance
    • Manages bid strategies and optimizations on ads
    • Serves as expert on Google PPC campaigns, FB Business Manager and other media tools such as Mobile Attribution and DMP/MMP systems
    • Reports on media KPIs (CPI, ROAS, CVR, LTV, etc.)  and has experience reporting upwards on campaign success
    • Leads A/B Testing of audience, creative, bidding and budgets to increase efficicency through optimizations
    • Analyzes the market, competitors and consumers to derive actionable insights for performance enhancements
    • Keeps abreast with latest developments in Google Ads and Facebook platforms
    • Leads creative initiatives for all assigned media
    • Writes and edits copy with collaboration of other team members for all assigned media

 

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Hands on experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Adwords
    • Management experience

PREFERENCES:

  • Proficiency with Kochava or similar MMP
