A Customer Support Associate works to help engage and support our players. The Customer Support Associate will help resolve player issues by assisting in troubleshooting and quickly responding via email and Facebook. The Customer Support Associate must be well spoken/written, friendly, and eager to dive into a fast paced environment.


•              Responding to customer emails in a timely manner
•              Writing and maintaining a list of general responses for our most common issues
•              Collaborating with a team to address technical crises when they arise
•              Identifying legitimate technical problems
•              Anticipating potential problems or confusion with upcoming promotions, contests or game features


•              Strong verbal and written communication skills
•              Familiarity with social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter
•              Tech Savvy
•              Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays


  • Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred
    • Proficiency with iOS, Kindle, and Android devices Preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
