A CRM Specialist works to create marketing promotions in-app and advertising campaigns. The CRM Specialist will help research competitor marketing tactics as well as develop new ideas as part of a team effort. The CRM Specialist must be well organized, well spoken/written, friendly, and eager to dive into a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

•              Collaborating with CRM developers and artists to develop new marketing promotions
•              Ensuring all projects meet deadlines, following up with the right point of contact within and outside the CRM team
•              Creating clear and engaging copy for user engagement and to drive revenue and retention
•              Collaborating with Product Management team to understand new features and developing assets to communicate to users
•              Creating Retention Facebook Ad Campaigns and In-App Campaigns
•              Thinking creatively about new ways to engage players through promotions
•              Helping devise and implement exciting customer appreciation programs
•              Anticipating potential problems or confusion with upcoming promotions or game features
•              Analyzing campaign results by working with the Analytics team and reporting KPIs to management
•              Setting up and creating marketing campaigns through a CMS once available

Qualification:

•              Bachelor’s Degree Required
•              Previous CRM/Digital Marketing experience
•              Strong verbal and written communication skills
•              Familiarity with social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter
•              Tech Savvy
•              Previous project management experience
•              Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
