An impactful role in a high growth company: As our Head of Product (m/f/d) for the Recruiter Platform, you will be on a mission to build the best in class recruiting solution and thereby help thousands of companies to reach their hiring goals. Reporting to the VP Product and Operations, you will shape the way recruiters find the best talent as HeyJobs accelerates as Europe’s leading job marketplace for essential talent.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

  • Lead a team of product managers and UX/UI designers and shape the future team setup by recruiting and retaining the best talent
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, management and external partners to deeply understand their needs, define requirements and business priorities accordingly
  • Lead the product development of our Recruiter platform enabling our customers to find the best candidates for their open positions and have a direct impact on our company's success
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the HeyJobs Recruiter Experience aligned with our overall product strategy
  • Manage communication around your product vision and your progress for a broad audience and ensure smooth product roll-out across cross-functional teams

🤝 What sets you up for success

  • Several years of experience in product management, ideally in the area of B2B software products 
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in leading product development teams
  • A user centric approach and relevant experience with user facing products
  • Fluent in both business and tech and able to bridge the gap between both worlds
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • You are a self-starter and an entrepreneurial mind getting things done
  • You have excellent english language skills (both written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business or a relevant field of study
