An impactful role in a high growth company: as Team Lead Partnerships & Affiliates, you will build out further and lead a team of specialists dedicated to our marketing partnerships strategy, focusing on affiliate channels as well as strategic partnerships. Reporting to the CMO/VP Marketing, you'll play a direct role in leading the evolution of our approach to talent acquisition as HeyJobs transitions into its next stage of growth as a talent marketplace.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

  • Take ownership of our existing affiliate partner program. Create scalable and sustainable processes to acquire, onboard and maintain partners (job aggregators, meta-search engines) & lead negotiations with the target of achieving the best ROI possible.
  • Take responsibility for leading the diversification of our affiliate program to new international markets
  • Build out our Global Strategic Partnerships Strategy with a focus on conceptualizing, pursuing and closing best-in-class alliances with platforms that might have a large presence of our target audience (skilled workers)
  • Drive the implementation of custom partner integrations with internal product teams and ensure the most effective integration of our job advertising media.
  • You will drive the evolution of our marketing tech systems to ensure a best-in-class set-up that leverages data & automation.
  • You are responsible for the individual goal setting and achievement of your team, and you stand by your employees as an important source of experience.
  • You ensure the continuous and systematic development of your team members and support the search and hiring of new experts.
  • Work as part of the overall marketing leadership in order to help scale and evolve our holistic marketing strategy while providing thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the organization on the company’s growth strategy.

🤝 What sets you up for success

    •  5+ years of experience in either affiliate marketing, coupon partnerships or business development in a complex digital consumer business environment.
    • At least 1-2 years of people management/development experience. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setup and used to proactively seeking input and collaboration across other teams as and when needed.
    • Passion for building strong relationships with excellent communication skills and service orientation.
    • You have experience working in cross-functional teams (sales, account management, marketing and product)
    • Basic knowledge of the affiliate marketing space and working knowledge of English as well as at least C1 level German skills are required.
    • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to work methodically with data and familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau.
    • Ideally but optionally, you have profound knowledge regarding digital marketing in Germany (or Western Europe) or in the job search industry.
