You will lead our entire business recruiting team and be responsible for all hires in our revenue & marketing organization.
Together with our candidate generation, recruitment marketing teams, you will find, attract & hire the best talent for HeyJobs’ headquarters in Berlin, as well as our current and planned HeyHubs in Cologne and selected European countries (5 offices in 5 countries by the end of 2022!)

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs
  • You define and lead the company’s recruiting efforts supported by 20+ (we are hiring!) team members across three teams along the recruiting funnel: 
    • You develop and implement HeyJobs global recruiting strategy as part of the company’s overall people strategy 
    • You plan, own & track recruiting budgets and inform company-wide budget planning processes 
    • You identify growth levers and set up scalable and candidate-focused recruiting processes & workflows to enable an average of 100 hires signed per quarter
  • You grow the candidate generation (sourcing) and candidate experience (professional recruiting) teams providing mentorship and guidance to our current leadership team & growing skills and headcounts as needed to cement our best-in-class recruiting standard
  • You will own the analytical leadership & recruiting tech stack of our recruiting teams, enabling data-driven insights & decision making 
    • providing KPI reports for internal use and communication to board and investors 
    • being accountable for the strategic controlling of HeyJobs recruiting initiatives
  • You are a sparring partner to our Chief People Officer and Senior Management team in our joint effort to scale HeyJobs from 250 to 500+ HeyJobbers in 2022. 

 

🤝 What sets you up for success


  • Proven experience as a recruiting leader in a high-growth tech company, having experienced the challenge of hiring multiple hundred people per year  

  • Strong experience in designing international, low-friction recruiting processes with an emphasis on superior candidate experience & automation

  • Experience in owning & managing a recruiting tech stack and external suppliers/stakeholders to maximise efficiency & success of recruiting efforts 

  • Highly analytical and creative nature, with an ability to roll up sleeves and go deep through data to find new areas to unlock growth

  • You speak and write English fluently (German understanding is a plus)
