But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. Position Overview:
We’re looking for a user-centric, results-oriented Growth Product Manager to join HeyGen. The ideal candidate enjoys both strategy and execution, is comfortable diving into data to identify opportunities, thinks holistically about customer journeys, and is excited to build a growth engine from 0 to 1. Candidates should be deeply familiar with at least one (ideally more) of the following areas: new user acquisition, activation and engagement, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with development and go-to-market teams to create and execute initiatives aimed at improving user acquisition, activation and engagement, or monetization
- Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses to better understand users and identify initiatives to drive growth
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate key hypotheses that inform larger strategic bets
- Partner with data science to define metrics of success, set growth KPIs, and understand the health of the business
- Monitor the effectiveness of growth initiatives, champion learnings across the broader organization, and iterate on strategies based on feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of product management experience, with at least 3 focused on growth at a SaaS company
- Familiarity with both self-serve (PLG) and sales-led motions
- Comfortable conducting user research and digging into large data sets (basic knowledge of SQL preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Previous experience at a early stage startup setting up growth platform tools
