Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Tech Lead Manager to spearhead our Enterprise Engineering team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise systems. The Tech Lead Manager will be responsible for tackling complex problems related to enterprise features such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Audit logs, Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and external APIs. Additionally, the role involves ensuring security and privacy compliance in accordance with both internal standards and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers to develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade features and APIs.
- Drive the creation of a strategic roadmap for enterprise feature development, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, support, sales, and marketing, to understand customer needs and translate them into robust technology solutions.
- Establish and maintain a high standard of security and privacy compliance, staying abreast of current regulations and industry best practices.
- Spearhead the integration of internal and external APIs, ensuring they meet the needs of our enterprise clients and maintain the highest security standards.
- Design and oversee a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise features.
- Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions and guide decisions on system enhancements and new technologies.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem solving.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within an agile framework.
- Communicate technical complexities clearly to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to customer-facing documentation when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Demonstrable experience with enterprise features such as MFA, SSO, RBAC.
- Strong background in security and privacy compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
- Proficient in designing and implementing reliable and secure APIs.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
