About the Role:
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our diverse verticals. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in business development, sales and a passion for delivering high-impact solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Herewith’s reach into B2B and B2C markets, building relationships with corporate clients, senior care providers, medical entrepreneurs and more.
Responsibilities:
● Sales Strategy Development:
○ Execute on tailored business development strategies for each vertical.
○ Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with company objectives.
● Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
○ Identify and engage key decision-makers in corporate HR, senior care facilities, and healthcare organizations.
○ Build and maintain relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
● Market Expansion and Insights:
○ Research and penetrate new markets within the caregiving, wellness, and tech spaces.
○ Provide market feedback as needed to refine Herewith’s product offerings.
● Metrics and Reporting:
○ Meetorexceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
○ Trackand report pipeline activity and conversion rates by vertical.
Qualifications:
● Experience:
○ 3–5years in business development or sales, with experience in Corporate Wellness, Senior Care, or Technology industries.
○ Demonstrated ability to manage diverse pipelines and close deals.
● Skills:
○ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
○ Strong negotiation skills and consultative selling expertise.
○ Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
● Personality:
○ Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
○ Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
