As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

 

What awaits you in this role:

  • Represent the client’s brand in the best possible way, towards our current and potential customers.
  • Customer support via email and social media in Spanish.
    • Ticket solving
    • Customer support diary
    • Answering direct messages and comments on social media
    • Apple and Play Store review answers. 
  • Constant learning about new product features and occasional testing of the app.
  • Weekly meeting with the support lead

What we are looking for:

  • At least 1+ years of BPO experience preferably in customer service
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication in business terms with external customers
  • B2 English Proficiency
  • C1 Spanish Proficiency
  • Capability to maintain the highest confidentiality around company proprietary information
  • Enjoyment of working with and communicating with people and solving problems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize while remaining calm and pleasant
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience w/ consumer type apps and consumer-type shopping
  • Quick thinker & able to adapt
  • Courteous with customers
