About the Role:

The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and activating omni-integrated go-to-market plans that enable a frictionless and distinguished customer experience. The manager will work cross-functionally with internal partners (channel marketing, CRM, media, operations, brand management, creative, and user experience) to design integrated-owned, earned, and paid marketing strategies tied to overall marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • SEO- manage performance through data and analytics, lead customer research, and leverage SEO best practices across website, blog, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research, search behavior analysis, content needs & execution
  • Produce and execute go-to-market strategies using best practices and innovative new digital marketing strategies and channels
  • Build out an integrated yearly plan with user insights, quarterly themes, stories/content, and channel activation plans
  • Create benchmark metrics for new channels with comparable or exceeding performance of industry campaigns.
  • Increase user enrollments by 30%, including all channels. 
  • Drive efficiency by creating a 15% reduction in manual resource utilization by developing processes and campaign automation.
  • Lead A/B testing and data-driven ad optimization to improve audience reach and engagement while ensuring maximum return on advertising spend
  • Develop all seasonal strategic and evergreen activation briefs for creative & agency partners; provide guidance to deliver on-strategy, on-brand solutions that will enable business results
  • Develop a communication strategy against our key consumer targets and programs.
  • Develop templates and tools to support integrated planning
  • Compile consumer, creative, and campaign trends and create regular performance reporting and metric analysis
  • Pro-actively view business results and recommend course correction to maximize returns

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years of focused digital
  • Classic website SEO optimization experience
  • Web buying funnel optimization experience
  • Must have experience with mailers, email, text, and partner marketing
  • Prior experience working within Healthcare/HealthTech industry
  • Awareness and ownership of ABM B2C and/or B2B2C channel marketing in email, direct mail, text, and print assets
  • Expertise in project management
  • Strong breadth of channel marketing expertise across paid, earned, and owned channels in an omnichannel environment.
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and site optimization (i.e., A/B testing, Multivariate testing)
  • Proven ability to build strong business cases and tell clear stories from data
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences 
  • Ability to provide clear and concise direction/feedback to external and internal stakeholders, as well as the ability to influence others.
