Job Summary

The Creative Marketing Strategist will partner on the narrative storytelling and marketing collateral that ties together the Hello Alice mission to support small business owners with opportunities for Enterprise partners to create impact for the small business community. 

Responsibilities & Duties

Here’s what you’ll be working on day-to-day, but as a nimble organization that puts our small business community at the forefront, flexibility is key, and other responsibilities may arise. 

  • Work alongside the VP Business Development to develop brand narratives, marketing strategies and collateral that build awareness for Hello Alice’s mission and core value proposition for Enterprise partners.
  • Create sales materials that educate enterprise partners on Hello Alice’s product offering.
  • Write proposals and strategies that incorporate Enterprise partner DE&I and social impact initiatives into partnership opportunities with the Hello Alice ecosystem.
  • Present creative ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Translate data and insights into creative narratives that personify Hello Alice small business owners for social marketing initiatives and pitch frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across business development, marketing, analytics, content and design for development of marketing collateral including pitch decks, social media assets, email and case studies.
  • Support in the management of the marketing, content and events calendars for the business development team.
  • Gather competitive research and enterprise partner DE&I and social impact commitments.
  • Work with a cross-functional team to track and execute marketing initiatives. Execute on those strategies by coordinating with the various departments responsible for deliverables.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree from from an accredited university in a related field. 
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a creative marketer or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High level of proficiency in G-Suite and PowerPoint.
