What You Will Be Doing:
Buyers ensure efficient, and operationally excellent execution of purchasing. You will report to the Director of Operations at our Everett, WA location.

Work directly with engineers to develop efficient, cost-effective solutions to a variety of challenges

Complete purchase orders and manage escalation process

Communicate order status to internal customers and coordinate delivery logistics

Resolve invoice issues with suppliers to ensure vendor payment

Help develop and implement purchasing processes to improve company efficiency

Onboard new suppliers to support development programs

Mine and analyze data from ERP systems using SQL, Excel, Python, or other programs
Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of experience working in supply chain, production, or engineering function

2+ years of experience working in procurement, operations, or buying function supporting manufacturing

Demonstrated experience communicating with external suppliers and procuring parts

Experience establishing assembly lines, operational programs, or general production

Experience working for a high-growth technology or research startup

Experience in product development, new product introduction, and high-volume manufacturing
The pay range for this position is $64k-95k. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
