What You Will Be Doing:
As our People Business Partner, you will provide advice, counsel, and support to leadership on opportunities to improve organizational values, develop organizational structure and culture, and identify areas for improvement in specific business unit(s). You will also partner in the creation of new company-wide policies. You will report to the Lead People Business Partner onsite at our Everett, WA office.
You Will:

Partner and consult with teams to provide guidance on core people processes including employee relations, compensation, policy, compliance, and organizational structure

Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

Identify people-related obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them

Develop relationships and work with all People functions to provide support to the business including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and People Operations

Understand business goals and recommend thoughtful new approaches and procedures to affect improvements in our goals and outcomes, productivity, and development of people policies within the company
Required Skills:
-
4+ years of experience in a Generalist role
-
2+ years of experience in a Business Partner Role
-
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws

Experience coaching employees at all levels and providing and receiving feedback

Collaborative leadership style with the ability to think about solutions resourcefully
Preferred Skills:

Prior experience working in a high growth, startup environment
The pay range for this position is $95k-150k. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
