What You’ll Be Doing
As our Regulatory and Licensing Engineer, you will help license our technologies, shape growing regulatory systems, and contribute to global policy development. You will report directly to the head of our Radiation Safety and Nuclear Science team, and collaborate with our General Counsel, located in our Everett, WA office.
You Will:

Write applications for radioactive material licenses and accelerator registrations, and perform related calculations

Develop policy documents to support regulator system development

Engage with Agreement State, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, US Government, and International Atomic Energy Agency partners

Own a substantial, first-of-a-kind regulatory project
Required Skills:

Demonstrated experience taking a project from start to finish, delivering a finished, concluded deliverable

Demonstrated experience conducting in-depth literature reviews
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., nuclear engineering) with demonstrated writing experience and an interest in policy, or a bachelor’s degree in public policy with demonstrated experience understanding technical material
The pay range for this position is $110k-210k. This pay range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
