As a member of our Talent Team, you will search for the technicians, engineers, and scientists that will bring fusion to the world. This role is vital to the company's overall success. You are responsible for finding and assessing candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and maintaining solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers.


  • Manage all steps of hiring, from sourcing, initial outreach and pitch, travel arrangements, interviews, and onboarding,
  • Source talent for Helion through a variety of channels, with a focus on non-traditional recruiting methods,
  • Work with company leadership to build and improve recruiting processes and culture,
  • Act as the point of contact for your candidates from discovery to onboarding,
  • Tour screened candidates – Helion’s fusion facilities are second to none,
  • Ensure a positive end-to-end interview experience for all candidates.

You have,

  • Relevant technology startup or growth stage recruiting experience,
  • 4+ years of experience in all aspects of recruiting,
  • A successful, demonstrable record in a similar role.

Formal training and certifications in HR and compliance are a plus.
