They say in a startup, you will wear many hats. The People team’s job is keeping our workplace a great place for employees to work. We are looking for a dedicated professional that wants to grow with the needs of Helion. In this role, you will provide administrative assistance, office management, Human Resource coordination, employee satisfaction programs, and event planning. We are a company that is ramping up and we need assistance in all of these areas. Moreover, you will help grow our employee culture!
About the job
Order and maintain snack bar for a very appreciative staff
Arrange employee events, sometimes planning them individually and sometimes with a team
Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, video call setup, or copiers and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Inventory and ordering office supplies
Work with outside vendors to arrange services for our staff
Create reports for management
Provide administrative support for management and the team at large
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the People department
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
