Our technology powers knowledge workers across financial services, legal, consulting, insurance and other industries. Our customers use Hebbia to make better decisions faster.
We are entering a phase of rapid growth, and you will own the technical sourcing function to bring top engineering talent to our office in New York City.
Responsibilities
While your primary responsibility is sourcing the best technical talent in the world, we'd want you to be involved with the following too:
Source and screen candidates: Align on ideal profiles, manage sourcing efforts and screen candidates for role fit
Manage candidate experience: Build strong relationships with each hire and manage their top of funnel process
Lead top of funnel initiatives: Stay informed about trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in building creative sourcing strategies
Advocate D&I efforts: Be a cultural champion and support the company goal of welcoming diversity in the workplace. Build robust and representative pipelines comprised of diverse talent.
Who You Are
3+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally software engineers at a fast-growing startup
Proven track record of attracting top talent across various levels and engineering disciplines
Prior experience in full cycle recruiting is a plus
Creativity in problem-solving and innovating across all stages of the hiring cycle
Strong organization and administrative skills. Experience as a recruiting coordinator is a plus
Autonomous and excited about taking ownership over major sourcing initiatives
Extreme passion for learning, growth, and leadership
