We are looking for a Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator to strengthen our Recruitment team in the U.S further.

During a typical day, you will...

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles on LinkedIn using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
  • Craft and send recruiting emails to passive candidates and maintaining ongoing relationships
  • Contact passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain applicant tracking system and activity dashboards
  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
  • Assist team in screening resume, i.e., conduct initial phone screens, schedule calls and, interviews
  • Overfull onboarding of new hires, i.e., administering background checks, offer letters, welcome communication

You have…

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum one year of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse preferred
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • A propensity to form strong working relationships with leadership, managers, colleagues, and candidates
  • Keen attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and prioritize
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
