During a typical day, you will...

  • Strategize, manage, and execute paid search campaigns using Google Paid Search Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Bing, and other platforms
  • Be responsible for a sizable amount of budget and revenue as well as the success of our D2C products
  • Manage forecasting, spend pacing, and budget management across all paid search campaigns to ensure efficient, sustainable growth
  • Research and testing of additional ad audiences
  • Work closely with the Creative & Tech team to develop and execute on new campaigns and landing pages
  • Build KPIs, track progress, and make optimizations throughout the customer journey
  • Creating and managing retargeting & lookalike audiences
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify new opportunities for expanded audience reach via SEM and organic SEO
  • Manage product feeds across multiple external platforms based on business needs working closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Tech teams

You have…

  • Must have 3-4 years of experience working in E-Commerce growth marketing with a strong focus on Google Shopping
  • Hands-on experience managing complex Google and Bing Shopping and SEM campaigns for a Direct-to-Consumer brand
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices: on and off-page, keyword research, tagging, schema, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid knowledge of Excel and Google Docs, as well as experience using analytics tools
  • Good experience and understanding of A/B testing frameworks and best practices
  • Very comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
  • High proficiency with analyzing and optimizing digital campaigns
  • Experience in launching and scaling new products
  • Knowledge in the healthcare segment a plus
  • A passion for learning and keeping up to date on industry trends and optimization techniques
  • You can communicate clearly in English, take feedback well, and want to collaborate with others to learn and improve yourself
