Health Note is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team!

Our cutting-edge SaaS platform enables patients to communicate their medical data before their visits happen and have a “complete” pre-visit, before they even talk with their provider in person or online. We’ve partnered with clinics and top hospitals around the country like Cedars-Sinai and are automating their workflows and assisting in the answering of millions of medical questions each month.

The Role:

  • Assess and develop a keen understanding of relevant challenges faced by clinics and hospitals
  • Become an expert – healthcare terminology, workflows, personas – and anything else that will help effectively communicate Health Note’s value proposition to prospects
  • Meet/exceed the assigned sales quotas and targets 
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, managing all facets of complex sales cycles -- corporate presentations, discovery meetings, demonstrations, proposal generation and delivery, and ROI presentations, based on assessed business needs
  • Maintain CRM/data integrity – log activities, complete account info, close-dates and forecasting

No travel required during COVID-19 pandemic.

What We Are Looking For:

Must have 3+ years of successful healthcare software sales experience to be considered for this opportunity

  • Passion for healthcare and helping our customers and ultimately our patients
  • 3+ years of documented success and quota attainment in sales, preferably B2B/SaaS
  • Well-written, well-spoken, high EQ, excellent time management skills
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time and territory management skills
  • A strong work ethic with tons of energy, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced startup environment while remaining organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Teamwork attitude - eager to contribute where/when it’s needed
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred:

  • Experience selling EMR software/solutions
  • Experience selling solutions to medical practices/hospitals
