Your impact. 

As a Product Solutions Consultant, this person will play a crucial role in providing support to both pre-sales and post-sales teams in order to increase the attachment of HealthJoy’s core and marketplace solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic insight, deep product expertise, a team player mindset, and collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a true team player who can work without ego, fostering strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals. 

What You Will Do 

  • Act as the technical consultant for the sales and customer success teams, delivering valuable insights and enhancing the discovery process to ensure a clear understanding of broker and customer needs
  • Support our sales and customer success teams by creating and building buy-in for product suite configurations at the broker level
  • Deliver complex information in simple, engaging ways, both in person and virtually, while creating enthusiasm about HealthJoy’s capabilities 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all non-core navigation solutions within our product suite (SurgeryPlus, Chronic Care, MSK, VPC) and new products, while understanding how those fit together with our core offerings to solve broker and customer problems
  • Trusted advisor in QBRs, broker meetings, key customer interactions, and prospect engagements 
  • Bring learnings from the field back to internal teams to iterate on messaging and support Enablement in training the broader Sales and CS teams
  • Supporting in the formation of ICPs by product suite configuration and helping the rest of the GTM organization get up to speed on those
  • Creatively identifying ways to help our Sales and CS organizations drive broader adoption of the best product suites for their clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Data, Product Marketing, Marketing) to identify broker requirements and challenges, and scale and streamline sales processes, contributing to the creation of internal data products 
  • Work closely with Product and GTM teams around the release of new marketplace solutions, including testing and providing market feedback on positioning, packaging, etc.

Your Experience

  • Experience: 7+ years’ experience, preferably in employee benefits or provider organization.
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solutions consulting, sales engineering, technology consulting and customer/client-facing role 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated analytical abilities, and the ability to work both independently and within teams
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and take the initiative to drive towards effective resolution are met
  • Ability to listen, understand and address client needs and concerns in the processes.
  • Proactive mindset, adaptability, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with mid market benefit brokers is a significant plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time

Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $110,000-130,000 Base + Variable

HealthJoy is a remote-first employer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. 

At HealthJoy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role and individual.
