Your impact.
- Integration/Implementation Specialist will ensure a successful process of new Customer launch. It will require accurately combining and validating multiple data sets, timely conducting relevant documentation and clear communication with the US Implementation team
- Support for already launched companies and updating information on them
- Direct communication with other departments and clients via Jira and Zendesk
- Improvement of the existing processes of the department and the company as a whole
- Creation of checklists, documentation, etc.
Your experience:
- Advanced Google Spreadsheets or Excel user
- Strong English knowledge (Upper-Intermediate)
- Excellent data validation skills
- Ability to clearly articulate inconsistencies, issues, and process improvement ideas to account managers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Precision and Accuracy
- Opportunity to work independently and efficiently as part of a team, as well as individually
Will be a plus:
- Previous work experience as a Data Analyst will be beneficial, but not required
- SQL skills; experience with Access
- Logical & creative thinking
- Constant desire for self-improvement
