Your impact.

  • Integration/Implementation Specialist will ensure a successful process of new Customer launch. It will require accurately combining and validating multiple data sets, timely conducting relevant documentation and clear communication with the US Implementation team
  • Support for already launched companies and updating information on them
  • Direct communication with other departments and clients via Jira and Zendesk
  • Improvement of the existing processes of the department and the company as a whole
  • Creation of checklists, documentation, etc.

Your experience:

  • Advanced Google Spreadsheets or Excel user
  • Strong English knowledge (Upper-Intermediate)
  • Excellent data validation skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate inconsistencies, issues, and process improvement ideas to account managers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Precision and Accuracy
  • Opportunity to work independently and efficiently as part of a team, as well as individually

Will be a plus:

  • Previous work experience as a Data Analyst will be beneficial, but not required
  • SQL skills; experience with Access
  • Logical & creative thinking
  • Constant desire for self-improvement
