The Healthgrades team is growing and we are looking for an Associate Integrated Project Manager (AIPM) to join the dynamic Integrated Project Management team. In the role of AIPM, you will work directly with Integrated Project Managers along with Strategists, Creatives, Analysts, Programmers and Quality Assurance to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns on behalf of our hospital and healthcare system clients. What You Will Do:

  • Support the IPM team delivering on time, on quality marketing campaigns
  • Assist with net new project schedule builds in project management software
  • Oversee coordination/scheduling for internal project team meetings
  • Capture action items from meetings and facilitate completion
  • Chase blockers that come up as issues and manage associated tasks to completion/issue resolution
  • Set up and manage direct mail, email, digital and web production/maintenance projects as well as performance reporting and optimization projects
  • Creative asset proofing ensuring alignment to requirements/specifications
  • Client proof feedback organization/management
  • Provide support for routing changes, edits, and approvals and ensure appropriate adjustments are incorporated into project timelines
  • Compile client project status reporting and communicate internally as necessary
  • Participate in internal operational improvement projects
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the team knowledge base including posting new content, editing content and maintaining site map

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline
  • 2+ years' marketing and/or project management experience
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Desire to continually learn and step out of your personal comfort zone
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate across multiple mediums (verbal, phone/video, email)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members
  • Ability to proof and identify non-technical errors in working drafts
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
